Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer IV to join a fast-moving in-house creative studio supporting partner marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical design skills, excellent brand judgment, and the ability to translate complex marketing and product briefs into clear, compelling creative across multiple channels.

This role will support campaign launches, partner programs, brand systems, partner-facing enablement materials, and integrated marketing initiatives across multiple products and brands.

Key Responsibilities
Own and support small- to medium-sized design projects from concept through final production.
Develop campaign assets, enablement materials, toolkits, and partner-facing creative.
Translate complex briefs into clear, compelling visual concepts aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Work within established brand systems while maintaining strong visual consistency.
Collaborate with marketing leads, copywriters, producers, project managers, and other designers.
Develop and maintain co-branding guidelines and partner-facing creative materials.
Create production-ready assets across digital, social, video, print, and other channels.
Maintain clean file organization and ensure assets meet required specifications and formats.
Present creative concepts and campaign ideas through pitch decks and presentations.
Research products and programs independently and proactively gather information from stakeholders when briefs are incomplete.
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
Participate in creative reviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.
Quickly incorporate feedback and make informed creative decisions with minimal oversight.
Support integrated campaigns across multiple products, brands, and partner programs.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of advertising, agency, or in-house creative experience preferred.
Strong expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio demonstrating:

Clean and polished design execution
Brand and product judgment
Systems thinking
Experience supporting multiple products or brands
Strong visual storytelling

Experience creating assets for digital, social, video, and print channels.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail abilities.
Ability to work independently across multiple projects and workstreams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Ability to receive and quickly implement creative feedback.
Fluency with Slack and Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with UI design.
Experience with video and motion design/content.
Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns.
Experience developing brand systems, co-branding guidelines, and creative toolkits.
Experience working in a product marketing or partner marketing environment.

You will work as a key contributor within a small, collaborative, and fast-moving in-house creative studio. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong ownership, and the ability to quickly move from a question or brief to a high-quality creative solution.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing and creative stakeholders, participate in live creative reviews, and deliver high-impact content while maintaining strong brand standards and production quality.
