Regional Sales Director, California — Biotech Growth Leader

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Regional Sales Director (RSD) to lead a team of Account Managers in a defined region. You will drive sales performance through coaching, strategic oversight, and talent development, reporting directly to the Area Sales Director.
You will recruit, develop, and coach field teams, coordinate field activity, and contribute to market access and strategic plans while upholding GMP/SOP standards and company values.
