Production DirectorThe Production Director leads the people, systems, and culture that elevate every audio, visual, and production experience across all campuses, ensuring consistency, excellence, and impact in every environment, with special attention to the Sunday experience. This is a leadership role. The measure of success is not personal technical skill. It is a team that is prepared, a room that is consistent, and a department that does not depend on any one person to function. The ideal candidate will lead with confidence, clarity, and accountability, taking full ownership of their roles and outcomes.
