Technical Writer (Manufacturing Training & Documentation)

We are hiring a

Technical Writer

to create training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and equipment documentation in a food manufacturing environment. This role will work closely with operators, engineers, maintenance teams, and other subject matter experts to document equipment processes and develop clear, user-friendly training content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop SOPs, work instructions, and training guides.

Observe manufacturing equipment and document processes.

Capture and edit photos/videos for training materials.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Maintenance teams.

Review and improve existing documentation and training content.

Requirements:

2-3+ years of Technical Writing experience in manufacturing.

Experience creating training materials and technical documentation.

Experience documenting manufacturing equipment, processes, or procedures.

Strong technical writing, communication, and collaboration skills.

MS Excel, PowerPoint, Clip-art or similar for photo editing

Food manufacturing or CPG industry experience preferred.
