Title Producer - Business Development

Mid-Atlantic Title LLC is seeking a Title Producer to drive business development and revenue growth. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other referral partners, generating new leads, and converting opportunities into business. The ideal candidate is proactive, outgoing, and comfortable in a sales-driven environment with measurable goals. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other referral sources

Generate and qualify new business opportunities to expand the firm’s footprint

Conduct sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients

Track and manage pipeline activity, including CRM updates and reporting to leadership

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless client experience

Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities, and community activities

Maintain knowledge of title products, services, and relevant regulations

Meet or exceed established revenue and growth targets

Qualifications
Required

2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in title insurance, real estate, mortgage, or professional services

Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills

Self-motivated and results-oriented

Comfortable with CRM and pipeline management tools

Preferred

Title Producer license (Maryland) or willingness to obtain

Prior experience with title insurance, escrow, or real estate settlement services

Experience representing a company at events or industry conferences

Work Environment

Full-time, on-site position
