Synthesia is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to own the pre-sales operating rhythm globally, leading a small team of senior operators while hands-on. This is the first Sales Ops leadership seat in North America and reports to the VP of Revenue Operations.
You will architect the pre-sales process, manage forecasting, territory and quota deployment, and build AI-assisted workflows to improve pipeline performance. Strong Salesforce experience and leadership in B2B SaaS are essential.
