Generalwebers is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials and projects. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and advertisements

Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for website and digital platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve designs

Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of design principles and techniques

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus
