VP North America Sales - Premium Outdoor Heating

Keller Executive Search is seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America to own and advance the regional sales function in the United States and Canada. You will lead a team of about 15 across specification sales, builder sales, inside sales, and channel management, reporting to the President of Global Heating.
The role focuses on growth, market expansion, and building a scalable sales operating model to support ambitious 2027–2030 targets.
