Marketing & Communications Talent Lead

The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Senior Recruiter to provide full-service recruitment support for the Marketing and Communications Division. You will develop talent pipelines, network, and partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment strategy across leadership and individual contributor roles.
You will manage the recruitment process from posting through onboarding, draft job postings, run pre-screens, interviews, and present candidate slates.
