Key Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of bar and beverage operations, including menu development, programming, service, and quality.
Create innovative cocktails and beverage experiences aligned with the property's culinary vision.
Lead, train, coach, schedule, and develop the bar team.
Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, beverage costs, and budgets.
Analyze sales and develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
Partner with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Venues, and other departments on programming and guest experiences.
Maintain exceptional standards for service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable, personalized service.
Stay ahead of beverage trends and continuously introduce new ideas and experiences.
Qualifications

35 years of experience in a senior beverage or bar leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage trends, and mixology.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of inventory, purchasing, cost control, and revenue management.
Creative, organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented.
Exceptional communication and guest-service skills.
Beverage certification or advanced beverage education is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
