Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads to create new business opportunities

Provide superior customer service by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products

Develop and maintain relationships with clients by consistent follow-ups and service delivery

Meet or exceed sales goals and company targets

Stay informed about insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License

Proven sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
