Business Development Manager

The Michaels Organization is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts at a Syracuse property. You will ensure branding compliance, develop collateral, coordinate events, and train onsite staff to maximize occupancy and provide excellent resident service.
Applicants should have a college degree and experience in student housing, real estate, or hospitality. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and social platforms is required for successful campaigns and reporting.
