Creator Partnership Manager - US Job at Redgert Comms in New York

Redgert Comms is a global PR and marketing agency expanding its creator-commerce capabilitiesfor US clients. We're looking for a Creator Partnership Manager to own end-to-end TikTok Shopaffiliate creator recruitment for client campaigns and events, starting with an active NYC-basedbeauty creator recruitment project.

This role starts as a flexible freelance engagement tied to specific client scopes. As we bring onadditional clients in this space, the right candidate will convert into a full-time position owning the creator-commerce offering across the agency's roster.

The role is based at our NYC office reporting directly to our Founder. Hybrid/remote set-ups may be considered for the right candidate.

All applications must demonstrate relevant experience with TikTok Shop creator recruitment, including any campaigns or brands you've worked on, and your availability to start.

What you'll do

Source and recruit TikTok Shop affiliate creators against client briefs (category, geography, followertier, GMV level)

Manage the full recruitment pipeline: outreach, tiering, rate negotiation, confirmation, andattendance coordination for in-person events

Build and maintain rate structures and pricing guidance across creator tiers (L2-L3 vs L4+),including appearance fees where applicable

Track creator performance and campaign delivery against client goals

Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client stakeholders on creator recruitment status

As volume grows, help build out repeatable systems and processes (CRM/outreach tooling, creator database, standard rate cards)

What you bring

Direct experience recruiting or managing creators on TikTok Shop (agency-side, brand-side, orplatform-side)

Working knowledge of TikTok Shop Creator Marketplace / Seller Center and creator tiering by GMV level

Experience with outreach/CRM tooling for creator campaigns (e.g. Euka or similar)

Comfort negotiating rates and appearance fees directly with creators or their reps

Strong project management skills; able to run multiple concurrent recruitment scopes without dropping details

Clear, professional written and verbal communication for client-facing updates

NYC market knowledge and existing creator relationships a strong plus
