Innovation Manager: Launch New Products

Lactalis USA is seeking a Manager, Innovation to act as a strategic partner in developing and commercializing new products from idea to launch. You will work with Marketing, R&D, Sales and Leadership to meet consumer needs and brand objectives.
The role emphasizes consumer insights, category analyses, and tight collaboration across functions within a leading dairy company. MBA is preferred and a strong track record in CPG marketing is expected.
