  • Own and manage programs and initiatives supporting Dealer Sales and Performance Management end-to-end
  • Lead dealer marketing efforts supporting sales, engagement, and retention objectives
  • Develop and execute a Dealer Rewards Program
  • Develop and execute a President's Award recognition program
  • Manage program planning, launch, in-market execution, and post-program review
  • Stand up and lead a Dealer Advisory Board
  • Manage Dealer Advisory Board communications, outreach, relationships, meeting coordination, and scheduling
  • Lead development of quarterly objectives and KPIs in coordination with Finance, HR, and the SVP of Dealer Sales
  • Own tracking and reporting against objectives and KPIs
  • Oversee reporting tools and dashboards for HQ and field teams
  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, flag risks, and recommend adjustments
  • Oversee, streamline, and develop operational sales processes
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience
  • Create, optimize, and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Improve new account hand-off processes to service teams
  • Project-manage group-level implementation initiatives for Dealer Strategic and National Accounts
  • Represent the Dealer Sales and Performance Management team internally and externally
  • Build out a team supporting program tracking, reporting, and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading and developing a Sales Operations team
  • Proven ability to lead teams, coach individuals, and continuously improve business processes
  • Track record of designing and running incentive, rewards, or recognition programs
  • Skilled at setting measurable goals and building reporting to track them
  • Ability to maintain steady morale and high, achievable expectations among direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • Technical acumen with proven troubleshooting experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable operating independently and in a team-based environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Ability to work in-office per Company workplace policy
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically by car or airplane up to 10% of the time
  • Automotive industry experience desired
  • Direct experience calling on dealers, with fluency in dealer business and dealer lingo desired
  • Experience with both field-facing dealer work and HQ process management desired
  • Extensive Salesforce experience strongly recommended
  • Experience with project management applications such as JIRA or Asana desired
