UX/UI Specialist

To support a key project within the Salesforce ecosystem, the contract UX/UI Specialist will lead the design and implementation of user experiences, manage UI component architecture, and drive accessibility initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of intuitive, accessible user experiences that meet industry standards
Manage and oversee the end-to-end design of UI components within Salesforce and AWS environments
Drive accessibility testing and validation processes, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications

5-7+ years of experience managing UX/UI cycles within the Salesforce suite
Significant experience with Salesforce products, particularly Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and modern design system requirements
Proven leadership skills in managing design for large, complex projects
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
