Sr. Product Developer

Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced

Sr. Product Developer

to independently manage the end-to-end development of

licensed, branded, and private-label apparel , from design handoff through production readiness.

Own apparel development from concept through production readiness

Review fabrics, trims, prints, washes, embellishments & samples

Work directly with overseas factories, mills & vendors

Partner with Sourcing & Production to achieve cost and margin targets

Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Sales & Technical Design

Identify risks early and keep fast-moving programs on schedule

7+ years of apparel product development experience

Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims & manufacturing

Experience with wholesale, licensed, branded or private-label apparel

Experience with PLM, Adobe Illustrator & Excel
