Operations Manager - Gothenburg and Anselmo Grain
This position works closely with the Location Manager and both locations and oversees the day-to-day operational activities of the grain elevator. This includes the coordination of elevator operations staff in receiving, drying, storing, quality control, and transporting grains.

Requirements/Education

High School certificate or equivalent

Supervisor experience (2 years)

Grain handling experience (2 years)

Customer relation skills

Strong leadership skills

Technical & mechanical skills

Safety oriented

Dependable

Experience in Microsoft Office programs

Be able to use the cooperatives accounting system

Perform duties that are physical in nature

Be able to work in all types of weather conditions
