As a Radio Technician in our dynamic team you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing radio equipment Your main tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues conducting regular maintenance procedures and installing new equipment You will also be responsible for keeping detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of radio technology excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities

Troubleshoot technical issues with radio equipment
Perform regular maintenance procedures on radio equipment
Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality
Keep detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in processes or equipment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Radio Technician
Excellent understanding of radio technology and equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with specific types of radio systems ie two-way radios satellite communications
Knowledge of FCC regulations
Familiarity with programming software for radio systems
Salary $1500 per month
