Regional Wholesale Mortgage Sales Leader (Broker Growth)

Benchmark Mortgage is seeking a Wholesale Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Third-Party Origination channel across a designated region. You will oversee Account Executives, expand broker relationships, and execute growth initiatives.
The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, excellent communication, and knowledge of mortgage lending compliance. Frequent travel to broker/ banker partners is expected to generate referrals and expand market share.
