Vast is seeking a People Business Partner to join the People Team at the Long Beach Campus. This full-time, exempt role partners with managers to drive organizational health, performance, and culture while guiding compensation and engagement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3+ years as an HRBP, fluency in wage and hour laws, and experience in a fast-paced or manufacturing setting. Travel to other Vast locations required.
