Content Growth Lead for Construction Brand (YouTube & Shorts)

Aieres Group is seeking a Content Creator to build and own a multi-platform content engine. You will plan, shoot, edit, and publish from job sites and events, shaping the brand’s story with the founder.
Expect travel with the founder and hands-on ownership of video strategy and outputs across YouTube, IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will craft long-form and short-form content, design thumbnails and CTAs, and monitor performance weekly.
