Synapticure is seeking a head of marketing to own the entire function: strategy, roadmap, budget, agencies, team, and results. You’ll report directly to our CEO, hire and lead the internal marketing team and direct our agency partners across brand and performance.
This is a strategic role with hands-on execution. You’ll bring 8+ years in marketing (DTC/B2B2C healthcare), ownership of paid acquisition budgets, and expertise across brand, performance, lifecycle, and web.
