Factory HR Lead: Talent, Culture & Compliance

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream is seeking an HR Manager for our Laurel manufacturing site. You will lead the HR function on site, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on partnership with the Factory Manager and department leaders.
You will drive employee relations, policy development, performance and talent management, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. This role partners with HQ HR to support factory initiatives.
