Our client, a premium athleisure brand, is looking for a TEMPORARY Apparel Designer to assist their team ASAP for 2 weeks on site in Beverly Hills! Responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design seasonal collections based on current trends / brand identity. - Create sketches in Adobe Illustrator, technical drawings, and digital renderings of designs (CAD) and detailed tech packs for production teams. - Select fabrics, materials, color palettes, trims, and finishes suitable for garments for each collection. - Collaborate with pattern makers and product development teams to ensure fit and construction accuracy. - Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and consumer preferences. - Attend fittings and ensure quality standards are met. Must be able to adjust designs as needed and oversee sample development. - Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to align designs with market needs. - Ensure all designs meet brand quality, sustainability, and cost requirements. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in apparel or activewear product design, preferably in athleisure, performance, or lifestyle brands - Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CAD development - Must be comfortable working a temporary, 2 week assignment.
