Strategic Director of Design & Client Experience

Bold Business seeks a Director of Design & Client Services to join its senior leadership, bridging frontend design strategy with backend operations. You will lead, scale, and mentor design and specifier services teams, ensuring each project is creatively conceived, accurately specified, and delivered with strong margins.
In this role, you’ll forge partnerships with A+D firms, oversee compliance, and drive end-to-end execution across kickoff, specification, pre-install planning, and logistics.
