Pay:
120.000 - 170.000
Job type:
Full Time

We are a deep-tech startup developing heterogeneous integrated silicon photonics to enable the next generation of optical interconnects for AI factories and hyperscale infrastructure. Our technology combines advanced photonics and electronics to deliver scalable, high-bandwidth, and energy-efficient connectivity.

We are building not just products—but a new category in how AI systems are interconnected.

We are looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who can bridge cutting-edge photonics technology with real market needs. This is not a “slides-only” role—you will be expected to dive deep into the technology, shape the narrative from first principles, and directly influence product direction and company strategy.

You will define how our technology is understood by the market and help turn it into a product commercial success.

What You’ll Do

Develop a deep view of AI factory architectures, optical bottlenecks, and system-level constraints

Identify early adopters, breakthrough markets, and high-value use cases

Continuously refine product-market fit based on direct customer, end users and ecosystem feedback

Be Close to the Product

Work tightly with the product development team and CTO office to influence roadmap and feature prioritization

Define product requirements based on real customer pain points and feature requirements

Turn technical specs into customer-relevant benefits

Execute Go-to-Market

Lead product launches, even when the product is still evolving

Create high-impact technical content (white papers, conference talks, blog post)

Equip early sales efforts with clear messaging and tools

Engage the Ecosystem

Interact directly with hyperscalers, system companies, and partners

Represent the company in industry events and technical conferences

Help build credibility in a highly technical and fast-moving market

What We’re Looking For
Core Requirements

Background in photonics, chip design, semiconductors,

Experience in product marketing, applications, or technical business roles

Strong understanding of optical communications and/or data center interconnects

Ability—and willingness—to go deep technically and challenge assumptions

Startup Mindset

Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving products

Bias for action: you create structure where none exists

Hands-on: you write, build, test, and iterate yourself

Strong ownership and accountability

Nice to Have

Experience with AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, or high-performance computing

Familiarity with heterogeneous integration (SiPh + III-V, lasers, advanced packaging)

Exposure to early-stage or scaling startup environments

Why Join

Work on a technology that is critical to the future of AI infrastructure

Direct exposure to the executive team, customers, and strategic decisions

Opportunity to shape both the product and the market category

Be part of a small, high-impact team solving hard, meaningful problem
