Rising Territory Sales Executive — Open Source Growth

Red Hat is seeking a Junior Territory Sales Executive to join the account team. In your first year you’ll participate in the FASTER onboarding program, gaining hands-on experience in demand generation, partner collaboration, and territory management to drive revenue and new customer acquisition.
After onboarding, the role evolves into a full-cycle commercial position with a performance-based compensation model and uncapped upside, starting from September 2026.
