Spanish Family Coach for Zoom-Based Program Implementation

Nichols College in Massachusetts seeks Spanish-speaking family coaches to help implement the Better Together program via Zoom with whole families. The role pays $30/hour and involves supporting families weekly and coordinating activities for 2–4 hires.
Ideal candidates have degrees in social work/psychology/education or related fields and experience with families, trauma-informed care, and project coordination. Training on the Better Together approach will be provided.
