Marketing Production Coordinator

Marketing Production CoordinatorLaSalle Network has partnered with a nationally recognized customer in the insurance space in their search for a Marketing Production Coordinator. This role will play a key part in ensuring creative projects run smoothly from concept to completion while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and client communications. This is a three-month contract with the potential to extend or even convert for the right person. Must be willing to be onsite in Naperville, three days a week! What You'll Do:Project Coordination: Support creative project timelines, schedules, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.Print Production: Oversee print production needs, reviewing proofs, managing specifications, and ensuring high-quality output.Vendor Management: Partner with print and production vendors, securing estimates, negotiating costs, and tracking deliverables.Budget & Invoicing: Handle project budgets, manage invoices, and track expenses for accuracy.Client-Facing Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and account teams to align on project needs and deliverables.What We're Looking For:2+ years of experience in creative project coordination, marketing production, or similar roleStrong knowledge of print production processesExperience managing vendors, budgets, and invoicesExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projectsStrong communication and client-facing skillsProficiency with project management tools is a plus (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Trello)This is a W2 contract position paying $25/hr!
