Associate Art Director — Global Brand Visuals (NA)

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an Associate Art Director for Dr.Jart+ to lead art direction across digital content, paid and owned channels, and ensure brand consistency for North America in collaboration with our Seoul-based global team.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of design experience, a degree or comparable work history, and strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma; experience with CMS, JavaScript, and CSS, plus a track record with fashion or retail brands.
