Key responsibilities
Lead audio projects, owning the creative vision, production plan, and final execution
Write, edit, and shape scripts to ensure alignment with brand identity
Source, cast, onboard, and direct narrators and other creative talent
Required qualifications
7+ years of hands-on audio production experience
Strong creative point of view with a proven body of work
Excellent writing and editorial instincts across various audio formats
Track record of successful casting and talent development
Strong musical ear and ability to collaborate with musicians and sound designers
