Job Description:
ASU Learning Enterprise is seeking an experienced Marketing Director dedicated to expanding access to higher education through our Universal Pathways portfolio. The portfolio consists of three learning offerings, Universal Learner Courses, Earned Admission and Accelerate ASU.
In this role, you will drive strategic growth for these innovative offerings, with a focus on new learner acquisition, retention and expansion across B2C, B2B and B2B2C channels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, partnering closely with other team members in product and marketing to hit aggressive revenue growth targets.
This role is based at ASU’s Tempe campus. A fingerprint background check is a mandatory step in the hiring process.
Position Salary Range:
$110,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
You will own product marketing strategy for the Universal Pathways portfolio of offerings, including key messages, buyer personas, use cases, and learner journey development.
Lead + Collaborate Across the Enterprise:
You will work closely with business development and product teams to scale Accelerate ASU in key markets across Arizona, the U.S. and the world.

Desired Qualifications:
We are looking for a proven leader who has experience developing and executing growth marketing, ABM and channel strategies. You understand how to reach and persuade high school learners and their parents, and ideally have marketed to schools and districts as well. You know the K‑12 regulatory landscape, including FERPA and student‑data privacy, and you build campaigns that stay compliant without losing their edge.
You are comfortable leveraging data analytics to drive growth and identify key accounts, and have a track record of creating personalized marketing collateral and targeted campaigns for specific accounts. You have experience leading cross‑functional teams in a growth‑oriented and account‑focused environment.
