monitor performance and profit objectivesCreate organic social media strategy for multi-property regionAlign social, digital, and web strategies with property vision through regular leadership meetingsAttend events and promotions to capture content, engage guests, and promote the brandCreate efficient staff schedules while managing labor costs and meeting guest satisfaction goalsOversee property social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)Develop and execute paid social media content calendarMaintain daily workflow and execute organic social media postingsPartner with property outlets to ensure social media strategy aligns with missionMonitor and respond to online reviews and manage property reputationCreate copy and imagery for organic social postsConduct social media and internet research; provide market recommendationsCollaborate with Corporate Design Studio for access to photo assets and usage rightsManage vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective campaign productionSubmit paid social media advertising requests via InMotion project management systemProvide analytics reporting for organic social media;
