Field Marketing Lead - Events & Activations

Astound is seeking a Manager, Field Marketing to lead localized marketing strategies across events, sponsorships, and campaigns. You will translate direction into actionable plans, manage event logistics, and drive on-site execution while developing a team of field marketing specialists.
The role requires 3+ years in field or event marketing, 2+ years of people leadership, and strong collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations. Travel locally/regionally is expected.
