Requirements:
Medical Billing experience
Medical Collections experience
Account Resolution experience in a hospital setting
Insurance Verification experience
Hands-on experience with
Epic
and
Meditech
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve patient accounts and collection-related issues
Follow up on outstanding balances and reimbursement matters
Handle inbound patient and insurance carrier inquiries
Verify insurance coverage and benefits
Document account activity accurately and timely
Ensure compliance with client, state, and federal guidelines
