Assistant to the Creative Director — Live PerformancePrepping out of Hollywood, Los Angeles. We are a small design studio seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creatively fluent Assistant to the Creative Director to support the creative direction of a live performance. This is a full-time, hands‑on role for someone who thrives on structure, visual storytelling, and keeping a fast‑moving creative process on track. You'll work directly with the Creative Director, helping shape and organize the visual and logistical backbone of the production — from research and reference gathering to deck‑building, budget tracking, and day‑to‑day scheduling.

About the Role:
This position sits at the intersection of creative support and production coordination. You'll be building presentations that communicate ideas clearly and beautifully, organizing a growing library of visual research, and making sure nothing — from a Zoom invite to a budget line — falls through the cracks. Note: This role also includes an element of personal assistant support for the Creative Director. We're happy to discuss the scope of this in more detail during the interview process.

Responsibilities:

Build and refine dynamic, visually polished decks and presentations in Keynote for creative pitches, production meetings, and stakeholder reviews

Conduct heavy visual research — sourcing, curating, and organizing reference images and inspiration material

Maintain an organized archive and filing system for images, documents, and creative assets so anything can be found quickly

Track and manage production budgets in Excel or similar software, working alongside the Creative Director and production team

Maintain and update shared trackers, schedules, and production documents in Google Sheets

Prepare and edit visual assets in Photoshop as needed for presentations, mood boards, and reference decks

Manage communications — organizing correspondence, following up on outstanding items, and keeping information easy to retrieve

Schedule and set up Zoom calls and meetings, and help keep the creative team on schedule and on deadline

Provide general organizational and administrative support to the Creative Director, including occasional personal assistant tasks (details to be discussed)

Who You Are:

4+ years of professional experience in a related field (production, design, live events, broadcast, or similar)

Proficient in Keynote, with the ability to build clean, dynamic, presentation-ready decks

Comfortable in Google Sheets for scheduling, tracking, and team coordination

Working knowledge of Photoshop for asset prep and image editing

Experience tracking budgets in Excel or a comparable tool

Exceptionally organized, with a strong eye for visual research and archiving

A clear, proactive communicator who can manage schedules and keep a team on track

Comfortable working closely and directly with a Creative Director in a fast‑paced, creative environment
