Position Overview: Marketing / Strategist We are seeking a talented, full-time Marketing / Strategist to join our team.
Responsibilities Manage day-to-day posting, editing, and optimization of content across a variety of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Work with the principal and other team members to execute a content curation process, publishing strategy, and social content calendar; crafting copy and sourcing images in line with the Tighe brand and the firm’s overall business strategy
Provide analytics and insight derived from our social media accounts
Stay current on social media developments, emerging technologies, communications best practices, and trends in the social media sphere, as well as the competitive landscape
Assist with the identification, analysis, and production of proposal and qualification packages
Support broader marketing efforts including brand messaging, email campaigns, and website content as needed
Skills / Requirements 3+ years of experience in social media management, architectural background a plus
In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape
Proficiencies across the social media landscape
Exceptional writing skills
Exceptional project and time management skills with the ability to maintain flexibility in an ever-changing dynamic environment
