$22.25/hour base pay (paid biweekly)
Full-Time and Part-Time
positions available
Typical shifts:
approximately 8-10 hours; daytime operation
Weekend availability
may be required based on schedule
A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute
breaks
during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break
Roll-Up Pay incentive available: eligible drivers may earn additional compensation based on safe and successful route completion, attendance, quality, and performance; program terms and eligibility requirements apply

Safety comes before speed or any package. Roll-Up Pay is never an incentive to rush, speed, skip required breaks, or take unsafe shortcuts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate and inspect a company-provided delivery vehicle
Load, organize, and deliver packages accurately and on time
Follow GPS-coordinated routes, traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures
Use a Company Provided smartphone/handheld device for navigation, scanning, completing deliveries, and other on the job duties.
Frequently lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs.; may also be required to tilt, push, and slide (TPS) packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper; repeatedly enter and exit the delivery vehicle throughout the day
Work outdoors in varying weather, traffic, apartments, stairs, parking, and access conditions
Provide professional customer service and report route or vehicle issues promptly
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and support fellow drivers when operational assistance is needed
Safely and cooperatively engage with coworkers, management and vendors/third-parties
Safely and professionally interact with customers and the general public while delivering packages to residential, retail, and business locations
Carry out a series of instructions and handle company property without constant supervision
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently
Strong work ethic, good judgment, professional communication, and a team-first attitude
Coachability and the ability to stay calm, remain respectful, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Prior delivery, logistics, warehouse, retail, restaurant, security, field-service, or other fast-paced experience is helpful but not required

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to perform the essential physical duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Comfortable using smartphone/GPS technology
Must complete applicable post-offer onboarding and screening requirements
Following a conditional offer, must pass a 4-panel drug screening, which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana
