Graphic Designer - Package Design

Canal Toys | Westborough, MA (Full-time, On-site/Hybrid)
We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer (3–5 years experience) to join our growing team and help bring innovative toy and craft products to life—from concept to retail‑ready packaging and marketing materials.
At Canal Toys, you’ll work across product, packaging, and marketing, creating fun, engaging designs seen by kids and families around the world. Canal Toys is a global leader in activity toys, arts & crafts, and licensed products for kids. We create innovative, on‑trend products that inspire creativity.
What You’ll Do

Design toy packaging, product graphics, and marketing assets
Create renderings to bring ideas to life
Produce e-commerce, digital, and marketing visuals (including image retouching and compositing)
Contribute to brand storytelling and visual identity development across products and packaging
Collaborate with product development + marketing teams to execute cohesive product experiences
Support mockups, prototypes, or presentation samples for internal and retail needs
Participate in brainstorms, trend research, and concept development
Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
What We’re Looking For

3-5 years in graphic/packaging design (consumer products or toys preferred)
Strong design and layout skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)
Experience with photo retouching, compositing, and creating marketing‑ready visuals
Experience with packaging design and production files (die‑lines a plus)
Understanding of print production and manufacturing processes (global production a plus)
Ability to work from creative briefs to concepts and design solutions
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Collaborative, adaptable, and hands‑on mindset
