The Associated Press seeks a multiplatform video producer witha solid track record of video storytelling to produce daily video in the U.S. East Coast afternoon and evening hours.

This newsgathering position is based in Washington, D.C.

This specialized role within the bureau is key to our coverage of the White House, Congress and politics, delivering content tailored for newsrooms and digital platforms.

In this role, you will work closely with other staffers in the bureau and coordinate with the global video production team to deliver engaging journalism that serves our customers and helps grow AP’s audience.

This role is crucial in maintaining AP’s reputation and producing premium videos on some of our most important stories.

This is a staff position covered by AP’s agreement with the News Media Guild.
