Spring Health is seeking a VP Growth (Consumer) Marketing to Lead the consumer growth engine, setting vision and roadmap for paid and organic channels. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, aligning with Product, Data, and Creative to drive acquisition, activation, and lifecycle improvements at scale.
You will partner with martech to support optimization, and report to the COO with executive visibility on growth strategy and investment decisions.
