Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by engaging strategic channel partners and selling Weave's products and services into the dental space
Report to the Manager of Partner Sales
Work with partner territory representatives to convert qualified leads into closed deals
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales teams and align goals, timelines, and strategies
Co-create sales and marketing materials and lead-generation strategies with partners
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
Present and demonstrate Weave's products and services to prospective customers
Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with Account Executives and partners to maximize revenue per lead and improve conversion
Use Salesforce to track pipeline activity, forecast sales, and report quota progress
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
Identify client needs and present Weave solutions to support long-term success and retention
Communicate with sales, business development, and customer success teams
Participate in team meetings and share insights, challenges, and best practices
Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills
Stay current on Weave product features, sales processes, and industry trends
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role, or channel sales, preferably with SMB-focused SaaS products
Proven ability to sell in a channel sales environment, working closely with partners and territory representatives
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM for pipeline management, tracking, forecasting, and reporting
Proficiency in Zoom or similar video conferencing tools for virtual meetings and product demonstrations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the dental industry is a plus but not required
Previous experience in channel sales or a partner-led sales model is highly preferred
Successful completion of a background check is required
Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid documentation for Form I-9 employment verification
Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is currently or prospectively required
