Lead government payer strategy and engagement for ophthalmic products, supporting access, reimbursement, and policy compliance.
Responsibilities
develop and execute strategies across public-sector channels, engage with MACs, VA/DoD, Medicaid, and other payers to optimize coverage and launch-readiness
monitor policy and reimbursement trends
collaborate cross-functionally to align evidence and messaging
advise on account prioritization and patient access
represent the company in external stakeholder interactions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
12+ years in biopharma, market access, or reimbursement roles with deep knowledge of Medicare Part B, MAC processes, VA/DoD, Medicaid, coding, and coverage
experience in ophthalmology or retina preferred
proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in fast-paced environments
