Pre Press / Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pre-Press Technician / Graphic Designer to join our large-format printing team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of print production, file preparation, color management, Organization, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
You will be responsible for preparing customer artwork for production across a variety of large-format printing applications, ensuring files are accurate, print-ready, and meet production specifications.
Responsibilities include:
Review and prepare artwork for large-format digital printing.
Create Accurate PDF proofs for customer approvals
Preflight customer files and identify issues with resolution, dimensions, fonts, bleeds, color, and image quality.
Set up files according to specific print and finishing requirements.
Create accurate production-ready layouts and impose multiple jobs when required.
Work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, and RIP software.
Perform color corrections and ensure accurate color reproduction.
Manage spot colors, cut paths, bleeds, scaling, and image resolution.
Communicate with sales and production teams regarding file issues and job requirements.
Make minor artwork corrections when necessary.
Maintain organized production files and follow established naming and workflow procedures.
Troubleshoot artwork and production issues quickly and efficiently.
Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, Organization, and Problem Solving
