Product Marketing & Technical Sales Manager — Maglev Compressor

Location : Plano, Tx; Locating in Plano office is preferred but we might accomondate remote work for the high-caliber candidate.
Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead technical promotion and sales support for the 3rd-generation maglev compressor in the North American market; achieve regional sales targets.
2. Develop and grow relationships with North American OEM chiller manufacturers — including Danfoss, Carrier, Trane, and York — establishing both technical and commercial partnerships.
3. Manage the full maglev compressor project lifecycle: technical selection, solution delivery, commercial negotiation, prototype testing, and mass production ramp-up.
4. Coordinate technical solution output with R&D and manufacturing teams; ensure product certifications (UL/cUL/CRN/AHRI, etc.) and on-time project delivery.
5. Participate in industry exhibitions and technical events (e.g., AHR Expo) to elevate Midea's maglev compressor brand presence in North America.
6. Monitor the competitive landscape of the North American maglev compressor market; deliver competitive analysis and market strategy recommendations.
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above; HVAC, Refrigeration, or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering preferred.
2. Hands-on experience with Danfoss maglev compressors or comparable maglev/centrifugal compressor technology or sales; thorough understanding of compressor product design, selection, and application scenarios.
3. 3+ years of North American HVAC industry experience; prior OEM chiller customer relationships preferred.
4. High proficiency in delivering technical proposals, conducting commercial negotiations, and managing bids.
5. Familiar with North American HVAC industry standards and certification frameworks (UL, AHRI, ASHRAE, DOE, etc.).
