Digital Marketing Manager– Paid SearchToll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, seeks a Digital Marketing Manager– Paid Search to join our marketing team in our corporate office based in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.The Digital Marketing Manager leads the planning and execution of our search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and analytics as part of our Media team. This role requires a high level of cross-functional collaboration to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and will partner closely with the broader Media team on digital strategies to meet KPIs, use data to direct decision making, and identify and test new strategies to improve performance. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of the digital media marketplace and reaching target audiences. This is an individual-contributor role with no direct reports or people-management responsibilities.Primary responsibilities include:Leading our SEM efforts, including analyzing campaign data and translating it into actionable insightsManaging and forecasting SEM budgets, monitoring performance regularly and alerting stakeholders when attention is neededCollaborating with the broader team to identify objectives and goals for each division and implement the best digital ad strategies to achieve goalsEnsuring campaigns are implemented timely and accuratelyDesigning optimized experiences for targeted audience segments and developing a testing roadmap that includes a process for organizing results & aggregating learnings, including clear communication to relevant stakeholdersDeveloping, implementing, and troubleshooting pixel and tracking tags, including creative and placement tags, in partnership with the team to support media goals, with responsibility for documentation, testing, and ongoing troubleshootingServing as a primary escalation point for troubleshooting and resolving campaign discrepancies, ad serving errors, broken creative, and 3rd party tracking issuesManaging issues with reporting visualization tool and working directly with the Business Analytics team to resolve issuesAll other duties as assignedQualifications include:Organized project manager with broad experience administering digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue and improve the customer experienceSkilled at data analysis and extracting meaningful insights from diverse data sources to solve marketing challengesCurious problem solver who seeks to create efficient processes through scripting and automation where possibleAnalytical mindset with a knack for rapid troubleshooting and ability to problem-solve independentlyAbility to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced technology-oriented environmentSelf-starter who seeks to learn new skills, find better ways of working, and share best practices and learnings with teammatesPossess a desire to stay current with digital trends and new technologies to stay ahead of the curveFlexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities beyond core duties as neededEssential qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science or relevant fieldComfortable with reading & writing Google AppscriptA deep knowledge of PPC, tracking techniques, and data analysisProficient with Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google SheetsExperience with efficiently managing large marketing budgetsA proven track record for developing testing strategies that deliver marketing winsGood communication skills.
