Evening Reduced-Time Retail Lead — Customer Experience

Amazon is seeking a Retail Lead Associate (Reduced-Time) in Customer Experience Operations. You will be the face of Amazon, delivering customer-obsessed service and leading daily floor operations with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
The role requires open availability Tuesday-Saturday 3:45pm–10:15pm, the ability to lift up to 49 pounds, and to work in a fast-changing environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
