As LEAP360 continues to grow, we're looking for a Creative Designer to join our marketing team and help us elevate the way our brand looks, feels, and communicates.

About the Role
The Creative Designer will work closely with the Marketing Manager to bring LEAP360's marketing strategy and ideas to life through compelling visual content.
The Marketing Manager will provide campaign concepts, messaging, captions, and creative direction. The Creative Designer will turn those ideas into polished, professional visual assets and collaborate with the Marketing Manager through revisions and approval.
This role is ideal for an early‑career designer who is confident in their design abilities, eager to grow, and excited by the opportunity to contribute to a growing brand.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just know how to make something look good, but understands why a design works and how visual communication can support marketing goals.
You will have the opportunity to help LEAP360 become more visually consistent, more recognizable, and more competitive within the FEC technology industry.
What You’ll Do
Graphic & Digital Design
Create high-quality, on‑brand creative for a variety of marketing channels, including:
Social media graphics and campaigns
LinkedIn graphics and thought leadership content
Email header graphics and email creative
Paid advertising creative
Website graphics
Blog graphics
Podcast graphics and promotional materials
One‑pagers and sales collateral
Presentations and marketing materials
Trade show and event materials
Promotional graphics and campaign assets
Internal and external branded materials
Video & Motion
Video is an important part of LEAP360's marketing strategy. You'll help turn raw footage and creative concepts into polished, engaging video content.
Responsibilities may include:
Editing raw video footage into polished marketing videos
Creating short‑form social media videos
Editing customer testimonial videos
Editing event and trade show footage
Adding text, graphics, transitions, captions, music, and other visual elements
Creating motion graphics and animated elements
Maintaining a consistent visual style across LEAP360's video content
Bonus: Experience with video capture, photography, or operating basic video equipment.
Brand Development
Help strengthen storytelling
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take creative direction and translate ideas into polished designs
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager
Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow as a designer
Comfortable working with AI‑assisted creative tools and open to incorporating AI into the creative workflow
Ability to provide your own computer and equipment necessary to perform the role
Preferred
Experience with: Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects
Motion graphics
Animation
Photography or video production
Brand identity development
Digital advertising creative
B2B or SaaS marketing
Event and trade show design
Experience with video capture is a plus but not required.
A portfolio is required as part of the application.
We're interested in seeing work that demonstrates both your design ability and creative range.
Your portfolio should ideally include examples of:
Social media or digital marketing graphics
Branding or visual identity work
Motion graphics or animation, if applicable
Other projects that demonstrate your ability to take an idea and turn it into compelling visual content
Professional, freelance, internship, personal, academic, or portfolio projects may be included. We're less concerned with where the work came from and more interested in what you can create.

Most importantly, you'll help take creative production off the Marketing Manager's plate so the marketing team can focus more time on strategy, campaigns, content, growth, and execution.

Helping establish and document brand guidelines
Building a library of branded creative assets
Identifying opportunities to improve existing creative
Helping establish a more cohesive visual language across social, email, web, sales, and events
Bringing new creative ideas and perspectives to the brand
Challenging existing visual approaches when you see an opportunity to make something stronger
You will work directly with the Marketing Manager throughout the creative process.

Take direction and translate marketing concepts into effective visual creative
Ask questions when clarification is needed
Bring your own creative ideas and recommendations to the table
Collaborate on revisions without losing sight of the original marketing objective
Manage multiple projects and deadlines
Communicate clearly about project status and timelines
Maintain organized design files and reusable assets
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an early‑career designer who is ready to put their skills to work in a real‑world marketing environment.
Required
Degree or recent graduation in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or a related field
Demonstrated graphic design experience beyond coursework
Experience creating graphics for digital and social media
Experience with Canva
Experience with CapCut
Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, layout, and visual design
