Promotional Marketing and Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Promotional Marketing & Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this customer-facing role, you will represent nationally recognized brands within a retail environment, connect with customers, provide product and service information, and contribute to sales and performance goals.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and wants to develop valuable experience in sales, customer engagement, and brand representation. No previous sales experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities

Represent our clients and their brands professionally within assigned retail locations
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant product and service information
Deliver a positive and professional customer experience
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
Work toward individual and team sales and performance goals
Maintain current knowledge of products, services, promotions, and brand offerings
Collaborate with team members to support a productive and positive work environment
$18–$22 per hour

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Reliable transportation required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends based on business needs
